Food is good but every time I've paid for extra turkey, I never get it. Last time I took it inside and they corrected it but I shouldn't have to unwrap the whole order to make sure it's right.

I've had several poor experiences with this Jimmy Johns location. The first experience that I can recall I was in a hurry to bring dinner home for my family and when I went into this location and placed my order the employees were playing grab ass and smacking each other's butts, what is even worse is those same employees were prepping food and not washing their hands. The employee who took the money at the cash register also went to the end of the line and assisted with wrapping the sandwiches without washing their hands or putting on any gloves. Uhh hello? Are you just trying to give your customers e-coli or diphtheria? To top that off 2 out of 3 people eating these sandwiches ended up on the toilet and sick. After this experience even though this location is only minutes from home I purposely avoided going here. Months later I decided to give them another chance because of the convenience of online ordering. After this experience I would really like to know what jimmy johns idea or definition of freaky fast really is because it literally took 45+ minutes to receive an order that had to go less than 3 miles away from the store. Not only did it take them forever to deliver it; they forgot to put in the ranch that they charged me for and after calling I was only met with excuses and no apology then told I would have to call ahead on my next order to ask for a "free" ranch to make up for it. If I wanted a ranch that day I was given a story of how long it would take them to get one to me due to all of the other customers ensuring me that I was not a priority. Thanks for the poor experiences and not going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I certainly do not think this is what jimmy johns has in mind for their franchise owners.

Absolutely pitiful. 2 miles away and "we don't deliver" is what I get. Well I guess I will order from genos pizza.
